Design Consulting
The first part of creating a new shoe collection for a brand starts with a shoe design. This can be achieved in several ways. You can provide your design through initial sketches or drawings, or provide images of existing shoe designs with your input on it, or you can even describe the idea you have in mind about the type of shoes you envision. Our team of in-house designers and shoe technicians will convert the idea into a technical design during the prototype stage. If you do not have a specific idea or design in mind, look at our new styles and samples and pick a design or product from there.
Material Selection
Kiwi enterprises source more than 100 types of high-quality leather from the best tanneries worldwide. The leathers are carefully selected for their quality and for ethical and environmentally safe procedures employed to process them. The hides are closely examined by our expert craftsmen so that our products offer the best comfort, quality and also look amazing. The leathers include premium varieties of Calfskin, Suede, Nubuck, Chamois, Pull-Up, Nappa, Top Grain, Full grain among other varieties. A quality shoe is identified by its high-quality accessories and we only use the highest quality metal studs, trims, buckles, and rivets for these purposes.
Prototype & Sampling
Now that the design is finalized and the material selected then a shoe prototype is created for testing. This process will include extensive consultations with shoe technicians, making of the leather patterns for shoe uppers, creating the shoe moulds and ‘Last’, making heels and soles, using accessories and embellishments like buckles and tassels. The shoe prototype is formed and samples of shoe design are created. The samples are examined and tested for usability and looks and the samples thus created are ready for display at trade shows, for pre-order or online retailing, and for a batch or mass production if desired.
Batch Production
After the prototype is developed, the final product can be created in batches or mass produced as per the client’s requirement. Shoe production in batches will allow the client to test the market for this particular product. If the market response is positive, we can mass produce or go for a staggered production model if desired by the client. Our private label shoe production is a perfect amalgamation of hand-crafted traditional methods and craftsmen working with state-of-the-art technology. We ensure and follow all the quality standards and industry milestones. Our products include handmade leather shoes, heels, flats, sandals, boots and sneakers for women and also bespoke shoes. We are dedicated to providing quality footwear solutions to all our clients. We especially provide end-to-end solutions from the design stage to the final products.
Packaging & Quality Control
Our products go through stringent quality checks before they are ready for production. A comprehensive range of footwear tests is conducted through a selection of test equipment to access the performance and quality of the finished product. The quality control includes 3 rounds of strict checking for looking and eradicating any flaws that may have crept. Only when our quality parameters are fully met, the product is released for production. We also offer custom-made packaging along with designing and producing shoes for private labels. We design and provide custom-made boxes as per the client’s specifications which include the brand and logo of the label which can be fully customized and printed. We offer top and bottom shoe boxes with quality gloss paper. Our packaging material is FCI-approved and can be fully recycled. Now, you have all the resources to start a private label shoe business.
